Pictresting is a visual novel about a man trying to outrun the version he's becoming.
Daniel(name cab be changed) Hayes is 29, broke, and one bad month from giving up. He shoots corporate events for a living — award ceremonies, product launches, rooms full of people who don't know his name and never will. He's good at it. That's the problem. He's good enough to keep getting hired.
He wants to photograph women. He wants to make portraits that mean something — work that proves he was here. He's entered competitions before and placed nowhere. The gap between him and the people who made it isn't talent. It's nerve.
